Custom glass jars for an Australian skincare brand

An Australian natural skincare brand needed custom amber glass jars with matching labels for multiple body butter products. Each fragrance requires its own background color and product information while staying consistent with the brand.

The labels require precise presentation of soft colors such as pink, lavender, mustard, and ecru. They also need to be suitable for curved glass jars and oily products with less edge lifting, bubbling, and ink smudging.

Besides, the label content, colors and jars of multiple products need to be checked together, increasing the complexity of prototyping and batch production management.

We provided comprehensive solutions covering amber glass jars and custom labels. We verified the brand logo, fragrance name, icons, and label copy for each product variant. We selected label materials according to the jar shape and the product’s intended use environment and performed color matching for each background color. Before mass production, we sent the customer actual jar samples with labels applied to verify color accuracy, print quality, and label adhesion. Once the samples were approved, we arranged mass production for all variants.

The products were clearly differentiated by label color while maintaining consistency with the brand.
