Our Factories
Linlang works with specialized glass manufacturing partners whose production facilities cover area of approximately 30,000 m2. Our factories are equipped with automated production systems, including Italian Bottero equipment, to support efficient and consistent glass container manufacturing. Across our manufacturing network, five production workshops and eleven production lines are available to support a wide range of container specifications and order volumes. The total daily supply capacity is up to 3 million glass containers, providing reliable production support for large-volume orders.
In addition, 8 dedicated deep-processing workshops provide a full range of finishing services, including decoration, logo printing, spraying, screen printing, engraving, polishing, and cutting. This integrated setup supports one-stop production, from base glass manufacturing to customized finishing, to meet different project requirements.
Linlang’s glass manufacturing & packaging line covers raw material handling, glass melting, forming, annealing, surface treatment, inspection, packaging and shipping. With our automated production line, advanced equipment and rigorous quality management system, we deliver consistent product quality and reliable high-volume supply for custom glass bottles, glass jars, and other glass containers.
