We come up with glass container designs based on container shape, capacity, neck finish, labeling, and sealing requirements, and then add details for production processes and user experience. Drawings can be provided within 2 business days.
3D models are rendered using software like AutoCAD, providing a direct look at proportions, structure, and details.
We use 3D-printed prototypes to test how well the glass container shape, dimensions, and overall design work, reducing the possibility of design changes at late stages.
We develop pilot molds based on final design. The sample can be completed within 10-20 days.
After inspection, the product is packaged and arranged for shipment as required by the order.
The finished product undergoes manual and automated inspection to verify the appearance, dimensions, decorative finish, and overall quality.
Mass Production begins after the final mold is completed.
Metal, plastic, or cork closures can also be supplied.
